New pricing for 2025

As with all else, our prices on chemicals, parts, insurance, etc. have risen this past year.
I have held off as long I can afford but am forced to raise our pricing for the 2025 year.

All pricing will be effective as of 1 Jan 2025

Rental Properties

Weekly - $56 Bi-weekly - $63 Water changes - $250

Private residences

Weekly - $49 Bi-weekly - $54 Water changes - $250

Swim spa weekly - $70 Bi-weekly - $80 Closings - $275/$375

We are expecting increases in costs for all parts, covers etc. over the course of the next year.

The new administration is talking about 25% tariffs, which translates to higher costs for us all.

I will keep all informed as increases are relayed to me.

Although we have gotten increases from the shipping companies, in regards to the spa covers, it hasn't been terrible.

Service calls will remain at $165/hr w/ a 1 hr minimum.
